Elizabeth Bara
President
Elizabeth, BS biology PSU, holds a certificate in Executive Leadership for NPOs from Emory, is a member of Grassroots Finance Action, and Master Gardener. She taught High School Math & Science as a Peace Corps volunteer in Swaziland (89-91), where she met and married Tom Arsenault. They returned to the US, incorporated ASAP in CA, moved to Zimbabwe to pilot an Int'l development program. She worked as the Training Director for the Peace Corps in Zimbabwe in 1994 where she lived and worked until 2005.

Secretary/ Treasurer
Cheryl Holmes brings more than 30 years of accounting and financial expertise to ASAP’s Board of Directors. After earning her bachelor’s degree in accounting, Cheryl spent just six hours in the public sector before launching her own accounting firm specializing in nonprofit accounting and payroll—a career she has pursued ever since. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Cheryl is dedicated to serving her community. She is a wife and mother of two adult children and an active volunteer who supports Backpack Buddies in providing weekend meals for students in need, mentors through Elevate Coweta, and serves her church. Cheryl’s financial expertise, commitment to community service, and passion for helping others make her a valuable addition to ASAP’s Board of Directors.
Ann Kerlin
Board Member
Dr. Ann Kerlin - B.B.A., University of West Georgia; M.Div., Luther Rice College and Seminary; M.A., Ph.D., Liberty University; L.P.C.- serves as Executive Director at One Roof Ecumenical Alliance Outreach, a non-profit charity that serves residents of Coweta County by meeting financial and housing needs. She joined the Luther Rice faculty as an adjunct in 2011, andbecame part of the full time faculty in 2013. She teaches courses in counseling at the undergrad level and in the Master of Arts of Biblical Counseling degree, where she currently serves as Program Coordinator. Kerlin is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia andCertified Professional Counseling Supervisor (CPCS).

Chuck Harris
Board Member
Chuck comes to ASAP with a wealth of experience and skills. His education at the University of Missouri includes a BS & master's degree in business, as well as a PHD in Marketing and Management. His experience includes helping to launch Gatorade, as well as the Marketing Manager at Van-de-Camps. He was very successful in his years as an advertising account executive and New Products Manager at Majers Corporation. He was part of the team that revamped and modernized the market research at Burke Marketing Research. After all this, he and his wife spent 34 years running an Express Employment Professionals franchise and successfully retired in 2023. He continues to share his talent and skills with the community, Church and ASAP!

Sean Adkinson
Technology Advisor
Sean is the CTO and Co-Founder at Streem, Inc. in Portland, Oregon. He holds a BA in Computer Science and Math from Willamette University. Sean thrives on start-ups and has the essential technical expertise that makes him an invaluable addition to our Board.
Shirley Bara
Graphic Designer
Shirley lives in the Pacific Northwest and has AA degrees in Graphic Design, Multimedia, and Website Development & Design. After retiring from the Federal Government, Shirley decided to make this her part-time second career. She is passionate about the beauty of nature, family and children. She enjoys using her creative and design skills assisting with ASAP's visual information needs.
Kadie Hayes
Social Media Manager
Kadie is a freshman at Northgate High School. She plays competitive soccer and has recently taken up flag football. She has a passion for helping others. She enjoys reading, shopping, making videos and finds happiness in volunteering and giving back to the community.
